Newsletter, but I am not getting the Newsletter!
Emails from Ix-masU can sometimes
be routed to Junk or Spam folders. It might be helpful to add
lethanhtoanh2t@gmail.com as a contact or favorite to ensure future newsletters
arrive to you on time.
I already checked out but need to
change my order!
We are not able to make changes to
orders, however if you let us know soon enough we may be able to cancel your
current order so you can place a new order with the correct products. Once the
order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

If your order has shipped, we
cannot cancel your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please let us
know as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel the order for you.
How do I return an item?
Please note - All Sales are Final.
Because we want to keep the price of IX-masU as low as possible, we cannot
accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for any reason other than a
product which was broken during shipping. If you did receive a broken product,
we’re very sorry - please send us an email at lethanhtoanh2t@gmail.com and we
will get back to you with instructions for claiming a refund.
When will you be restocking sold
out products?
We are working hard on restocking
your favorite products! In the meantime, you can sign up for our newsletters to
be notified the moment they're available again. To subscribe, scroll down to
the bottom of the page, enter your email and hit subscribe!
Are there any stores that can I buy Ix-masU's products from?
Our products is currently available
exclusively on x-masdecor.blogspot.com; you won’t find our products in any
stores, and no other websites are authorized to sell Ix-masU. Selling online
only helps us to keep the cost of our polish affordable!
Shipping:
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to ship all orders within
2-3 business days, although it may take a few days longer when new products and
promotions are released and demand is very high.
Orders to other international
locations are expected to take 2-6 weeks. All non-Vietnamese orders may be
delayed by customs. Unfortunately tracking information is sometimes unreliable
for international shipments.
Unfortunately, shipping regulations
on easily broken mean it is often slower to arrive than other products.
My product was marked as delivered,
but I didn't receive it.
Domestic orders may find that USPS
marked your package as delivered prematurely. Your package will most likely be
delivered within a few days. If it has been 3 business days or more since your order
was marked as delivered, let us know so we can take care of it!
International orders may find a
much longer delivery time despite the package being marked as delivered. If
it’s been longer than 45 days since the order shipped, please let us know!
Be sure to double-check your
address when you receive your order confirmation e-mail to make sure that it’s
up-to-date! If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible!

We currently ship worldwide,
excluding the following countries:
Afghanistan, Angola, Belarus,
Bolivia, Congo, Congo, The Democratic Republic Of The, Cuba, Côte d’Ivoire,
Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Iraq, Korea, Democratic People’s Republic Of,
Liberia, Myanmar, Paraguay, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan,
Syria, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the Vietnam is
charged at a flat rate of $4.95. It depends on your address. All shipping
prices are in USD.
Returns Policy
We will happily arrange a
refund in the event that you receive a product which has been damaged during
shipping. In order to arrange a refund for a damaged item, please email
support@klpolish.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we are not able
to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
